I am pleased, and excited, to introduce Lee Scott,
one of England’s Advanced Squash
Coaches, to work with us at the Millman Experience this summer.
Lee will be bringing his 35 years of experience in our sport to work with you to improve your game. As a player, Lee competed on both the junior and senior European circuit.
Upon retiring from the World Tour, Lee has become a fully qualified England Squash Advanced Coach.
So, you are probably asking “What does this mean to our game?”
This qualification enables the certified coach to analyze, develop and deliver individualized seasonal and weekly plans covering all areas of a player’s personal development.
A qualified Advanced Coach is able to coach the technical and tactical requirements of squash to both juniors and adults at beginner, intermediate and advanced level through the delivery of individual and group/squad sessions. This coach can critically evaluate the effectiveness of coaching program and support and mentor other coaches – as a head coach and assistant coach.
Lee was the Elite Performance Coach in England for the Yorkshire Regional Squash as well assisting in England National Junior and Senior Squads.
Lee has coached many Junior players who have gone on to become British Champions, European Champions and PSA Tour World ranked players, achieving high world rankings as well as winning PSA World Tour events. Many of his players have represented England and Wales at International levels, also representing Wales at the recent 2014 Commonwealth Games.
